He began his career after earning a bachelor’s degree in accounting from the University of Jordan in 1996, and later obtained his CPA license in 2001.

Samer held various leadership roles at Ernst & Young, including seven years as a partner. He led audit and advisory projects across Saudi Arabia and the Gulf region, delivering expert consultation in accounting standards, IFRS transitions, and family business restructuring.

At Maham, he oversees complex technical engagements and leads the firm's talent development initiatives, particularly through national workforce localization programs—bridging expert knowledge with institutional empowerment.
