Key Responsibilities:

  1. Implement and ensure compliance with HR policies and procedures.
  2. Manage recruitment and selection processes, including job postings, resume screening, and conducting interviews.
  3. Coordinate and deliver employee training and development programs.
  4. Maintain and update employee records and documentation regularly.
  5. Process payroll and ensure accuracy in attendance and timekeeping.
  6. Provide support to management on employee discipline and internal policies.
  7. Handle employee inquiries and provide advice on their rights and responsibilities.
  8. Foster a positive work environment and ensure compliance with occupational health and safety standards.
  9. Manage performance evaluation processes and provide recommendations for performance improvement.
  10. Organize and coordinate internal employee events, such as meetings and workshops.

Qualifications:

  1. Bachelor's degree in Business Administration, Human Resources, or a related field.
  2. Previous experience in HR or a similar administrative role.
  3. Good knowledge of local labor laws and regulations.
  4. Strong verbal and written communication skills.
  5. Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite (Word, Excel, PowerPoint).
  6. Ability to manage time effectively and pay attention to detail.
  7. Excellent organizational and administrative skills.
  8. Ability to work as part of a team and handle employee issues with sensitivity and confidentiality.
